Naoki Sosuke Maeda
Volunteer mentor with Crown Community Trust
- 🇯🇵 Sakai, Osaka, Japan
- Since 1980
- Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,520 people through Crown Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Naoki
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
