Naoki Matsuda

Engineering mentor, Kobe

  • 🇯🇵 Kobe, Hyogo, Japan
  • Kilimanjaro Mentoring Circle
  • 1979 to 1989
  • Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 180 people through Kilimanjaro Mentoring Circle. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
