Blacksmithing, done properly
- 🇮🇳 Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
- Ahmedabad Works
- Since 2016
- English, Telugu
I've worked in blacksmithing since 2016. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 530 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I sing in a choir.
More about Nandini
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Nandini: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
