Nancy Wanjiru Swai
Master of electrical work, now teaching apprentices
- 🇰🇪 Embakasi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Little Embakasi Trades Guild
- Since 2007
- English
I've worked in electrical work since 2007. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 820 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Nancy: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
