Nancy Esther Kamau
Finance mentor, Jinja
- 🇺🇬 Jinja, Eastern Region, Uganda
- Since 2002
- English, Swahili
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 670 people through Jinja Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Nancy
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Nancy: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
