I'm a chess coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 570 kids fall in love with the game.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Nana
If you played for me, you probably remember the long bus ride home.
What gifts mean to Nana: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
