Nan Tian
Flute and bass teacher
- 🇺🇸 Portland, Oregon, United States
- Portland Orchestra
- 2007 to 2017
- English
I play flute and bass. I started in 2007 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 20 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I make terrible puns.
More about Nan
If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.
What gifts mean to Nan: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.

I still have the recording from that night at Portland Orchestra.
