Nan Lin Xu
Volunteer mentor with Phoenix Learning Hub
- 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
- Phoenix Learning Hub
- 2011 to 2019
- English, Mandarin
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 220 people through Phoenix Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Nan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
