For 19 years I have been the art teacher at Gateway Girls' School. I teach the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I walk the dog by the river.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Nalini
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Nalini: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
