Helping people break into teaching
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi Community Trust
- 2017 to 2025
- English, Swahili, French
For eight years I've mentored people in teaching and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Naliaka
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
