Nakato Rose Githinji
Design mentor, Dodoma
- 🇹🇿 Dodoma, Dodoma, Tanzania
- 1989 to 2000
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 570 people through Holy Cross Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
