Nakato Nyambura Maina

32 years teaching agriculture at Bayview College

  • 🇰🇪 Naivasha, Nakuru, Kenya
  • Bayview College
  • Since 1985
  • English, Swahili
My subject is agriculture, and for 41 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Bayview College. Former students now work as an accountant and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Nakato

I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.

What gifts mean to Nakato: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
