Nahom Berhanu Mekonnen

Teacher at Atlas Secondary School, loves environmental science

🇪🇹 Gondar, Amhara, Ethiopia
Atlas Secondary School
Since 2006
English, Amharic

I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 20 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. Over the years I've had 1,180 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Nahom

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

Subjects taught
