Nafula Adhiambo Mrema
Teacher at Phoenix Girls' School, loves French
- 🇺🇬 Mbarara, Western Region, Uganda
- Phoenix Girls' School
- 1989 to 2021
- English, Swahili
For 32 years I was the French teacher at Phoenix Girls' School. I taught Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I watch every football match going. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Nafula
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
