Nadine Laura Krüger
Careers mentor, Munich
- 🇩🇪 Munich, Bavaria, Germany
- Silverlake Foundation
- Since 2011
- German
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 900 people through Silverlake Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Nadine
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Nadine: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
