Mentor in farming and engineering
- 🇿🇦 Paarl, Western Cape, South Africa
- Paarl Association
- 1990 to 2014

For 24 years I've mentored people in farming and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
