For 14 years I ran the baseball program at Marrakesh Football Club in Marrakesh. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
