For nine years I ran the athletics program at Leeds Community Club in Leeds. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Nadia
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Nadia: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
