Helping people break into small business
- 🇺🇦 Kyiv, Kyiv, Ukraine
- Holy Cross Community Trust
- Since 2010
- English, Russian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 530 people through Holy Cross Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Nadia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Nadia: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first small business job in 2012. I still have your notes. Greetings from Lucknow.
