Youth boxing coach and mentor
- 🇸🇦 Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia
- Jeddah Elmwood Youth Club
- 1987 to 2015

For 28 years I ran the boxing program at Jeddah Elmwood Youth Club in Jeddah. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.

You coached me in 1987. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Da Nang.
