Highland Primary School was my second home. I taught geography there from 1987 to 2010, mostly the final-year class.
I ran the running club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I sing in a choir.

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
