Carpentry, done properly
- 🇺🇬 Mukono, Central Region, Uganda
- Mukono Trades Guild
- Since 1989
- English, Swahili
I've worked in carpentry since 1989. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 1,220 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Nabirye
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
