Mythili C. Varadarajan
Mentor in law school and farming
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Highland Learning Hub
- 1980 to 1990
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 260 people through Highland Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Mythili
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Mythili: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
