Mwende Wafula Tembo
Children's librarian in Mbale
- 🇺🇬 Mbale, Eastern Region, Uganda
- Mbale Library
- 1978 to 1988
- English, Swahili
For ten years I looked after the shelves, the card catalog and the regulars at Mbale Library.
I ran the Saturday reading group and the summer reading challenge. I garden badly but happily.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mwende
I still remember the favorites of every regular.
