Mwende Mussa Kimaro

Dance coach, Fairview Athletic Club

  • 🇹🇿 Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
  • Fairview Athletic Club
  • 1978 to 2013
  • English, Spanish
For 35 years I ran the dance program at Fairview Athletic Club in Dar es Salaam. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather. My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Mwende: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

You coached me in 1991. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Kharkiv.
