Mwende David Mugisha
Hockey and fitness coach, Kikuyu
- 🇰🇪 Kikuyu, Kiambu, Kenya
- Since 2017
- English, Swahili
For nine years I've run the hockey program at Kikuyu Holy Cross Community Club in Kikuyu. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Mwende
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Mwende: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
