Mwangi Opio Bakari

Art teacher at Entebbe Technical College, Since 1999

🇺🇬 Entebbe, Central Region, Uganda
Entebbe Technical College
Since 1999
English, Swahili

Entebbe Technical College is my second home. I teach art there since 1999, mostly Grade 4. Over the years I've had 680 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Mwangi

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
