Mwangi Mwakyusa
Masonry for 26 years in Mombasa
- 🇰🇪 Mombasa, Mombasa, Kenya
- Redwood Works
- Since 2000
- English, Swahili
I'm a masonry specialist. If you live around Mombasa, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 24 years later for another job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mwangi
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Mwangi: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
