Mwangi Collins Wafula
29 years teaching Spanish in Kampala
- 🇺🇬 Kampala, Central Region, Uganda
- Eastgate Academy
- 1992 to 2018
- English, Swahili, Spanish
For 26 years I was the Spanish teacher at Eastgate Academy. I taught Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the art club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I run most mornings.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Mwangi: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
