Mwanaisha Wambui Mutebi
Woodcarving artist in Embakasi
- 🇰🇪 Embakasi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Little Crescent Gallery
- Since 2015
- English, Swahili
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes printmaking. My first show was in 2015 at Little Crescent Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I like to keep things simple and honest. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
More about Mwanaisha
I've had 8 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
