Helping people break into leadership
- 🇹🇿 Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 540 people through Elmwood Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mwanaisha
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
