For 20 years I've run the swimming program at Redwood Football Club in Embakasi. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
What gifts mean to Mutua: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
