Muthoni Halima Macharia
Choir director and singer
- 🇺🇬 Jinja, Eastern Region, Uganda
- Jinja Gateway Music School
- Since 2001
- English, Swahili
I play gospel and accordion. I started in 2001 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 13 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm always reading two books at once.
What gifts mean to Muthoni: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
