Helping people break into leadership

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 140 people through Cedar Grove Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Musyoka: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first leadership job in 2019. I still have your notes. Greetings from Lalitpur.
