Musyoka Mwende Mbwambo

Helping people break into recovery

  • 🇺🇬 Jinja, Eastern Region, Uganda
  • Mount Pleasant Foundation
  • Since 1982
  • English, Swahili, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,320 people through Mount Pleasant Foundation. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

You helped me get my first recovery job in 2006. I still have your notes Truly.
