Mustafa Rami Hegazy
Sitar and drums teacher
- 🇪🇬 Shubra, Cairo, Egypt
- Shubra Choir
- 2004 to 2023
- English
I've played sitar from 2004 to 2023, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 9 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mustafa
I wrote my first song when I was 17. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Mustafa: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
