Mustafa Idris Abdallah
Mentor in small business and engineering
- 🇲🇦 Casablanca, Casablanca-Settat, Morocco
- Casablanca Association
- Since 1984
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 840 people through Casablanca Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Mustafa
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Mustafa: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
