I've been a nurse for 15 years, most of them in intensive care at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center in Kinondoni. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
