Musa Henry Aliyu
Youth cross country coach and mentor
- 🇳🇬 Wudil, Kano, Nigeria
- 1990 to 2007
- English, Spanish
I'm a cross country coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 490 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Musa
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Musa: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
