Murugan T. Kamath
Small business mentor, Thane
- 🇮🇳 Thane, Maharashtra, India
- Highland Mentoring Circle
- Since 1983
- English, Malayalam
For 43 years I've mentored people in small business and entrepreneurship. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Murugan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Murugan: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
