Murugan F. Natarajan
Master of pottery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Silverlake Works
- Since 1994
- English
My trade is pottery. I opened my own shop in 1994 in Pune and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.

What gifts mean to Murugan: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
