Helping people break into leadership
- 🇮🇳 Udaipur, Rajasthan, India
- Udaipur Youth Network
- Since 1979
- English, Malayalam
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,360 people through Udaipur Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
