Murat Hüseyin Karakaya
Writer focused on investigative reporting, Istanbul
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- 2016 to 2024
- English
I'm a writer in Istanbul. Investigative reporting is my first love and fiction is my second.
I run a small writing group that meets every second Thursday. I carry a notebook everywhere.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Murat
Some of my pieces still make me wince. Some, I'm proud of.
What gifts mean to Murat: A gift would give me a bit more time to write instead of taking on extra work.
