Mukesh M. Sidhu
Tabla player and teacher in Bengaluru
- 🇮🇳 Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
- Bengaluru Holy Cross Band
- 1997 to 2019
- English
I play tabla and bass. I started in 1997 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 11 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I walk the dog by the river.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mukesh
I wrote my first song when I was 22. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Mukesh: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
