Mukasa Njoroge Kato

Cross country coach, Kasarani Youth Club

🇰🇪 Kasarani, Nairobi, Kenya
Kasarani Youth Club
1987 to 2000
English

For 13 years I ran the cross country program at Kasarani Youth Club in Kasarani. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather. My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

More about Mukasa
