Muhammad Zubair Lashari
Teacher at Hillcrest Secondary School, loves physics

- English, Punjabi
I taught physics at Hillcrest Secondary School in Lahore from 1997 to 2016. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I had 700 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Muhammad
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Muhammad: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
