I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and 19 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 440 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
What gifts mean to Mubashir: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me geography in 2021 at Hyderabad Public School. I still remember the long bus ride home.

I'm a police officer now and I honestly think it started in your classroom. Greetings from Parramatta.
