For eight years I ran the cricket program at Sandton Victory Boxing Gym in Sandton. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Mthunzi: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
