Ms. Yusuf
Accounting teacher at Harbor Middle School, 1984 to 2022

I taught accounting at Harbor Middle School in Kaduna from 1984 to 2022. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I ran the chess club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I fix old bicycles.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Yusuf
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Yusuf: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me accounting in 2006 at Harbor Middle School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.
