I taught environmental science at Kingsway Public School in Jimma from 2006 to 2018. Most days I taught Year 7, and my door was open at lunch.
Over the years I had 310 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Yilma
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Yilma: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
